Default Thought I Missed Out

So I just missed all the weather with Matthew and headed to San Diego, drove up the coast to Anacortes Washington and am now sitting at my sisters on Orcas Island as the storm approaches.

The storm they've been hyping here for the last several days, now it looks like it will mostly miss us as it is heading further south. Still raining pretty hard though.

I am south of you on the San Juan's (Orcas Island) And truthfully they are no different here than on the esat coast Hype it all up and then catch a slight breeze.

The southern lip of that storm system has hit my house.

It's all wet.

On Orcas island, you are on the leeward side of the Olympic Mountains, that's why the weather there is actually better than in a lot of areas of Northern CA.

You drove right by me in Edmonds. We go to the Islands all the time to whale watch, Orcas is the best spot, love it there.

After 13 days on the road and water I am back in Virginia.

The drive up the coast from San Diego to Seattle is an awesome trip
