Default UC lights on remodels

Anybody here ever tied some uc lights on to the disposal circuit on a remodel? Not too much nearby to legally tie into, what are you guys doing?

I connect them to the most convenient receptacle. I don't care what the NEC says about connecting other things to SABC's. I do what I want.

I actually think the disposal circuit is legal. So is the dishwasher circuit if it's on a 20 amp circuit, which I find in late 70's houses it was.
