The rules seem very reasonable. I'd have no problem with that. It's their house. If they want you to click your heels three times and say, "there's no place like home", I don't care. It's their place. Just give me a place to pee. Other than that, make all the rules you want.

The rules didn't say to not use the main staircase even though she is adamant that no one uses them, so we all do.

The rules also didn't say to not drill 3/4" holes with a flex bit through her old wood floors and so guess what old Jarrod did? Right through the base board and through the floor.

You would think most people would know not to smoke in someone's house but some people never learned to be respectful of other peoples property.
I was doing a TV Hang last week and they had a painting company in there they are charging $1200 per room yes you read that right the contract was on the kitchen table right next to mine ..I think i did not charge them enough..

Any way the painter is chain smoking the whole time

His boss must be one hell of a Salesman..

I used to smoke so I'm probably a little biased. Gee, you think?

That's just downright rude to smoke in someone else's house at work.

I've lost a few jobs recently because I think my price was a little too high and it has sucked.

I sell service, not commodities.

Nonsense! What kind of person would be disrespectful of a paying customer and their property.

Touche but that's not being disrespectful, we have booties on which she said was okay as we're the only ones who have them, the other crews do not. We lay out drop cloths all around that home, at every switch and wall we are working on and for our tools so our shoes and equipment never touch the floors.
