The apple guys told me the liquid sensor had tripped. Basically, the only thing wrong was the phone wouldn't ring, only vibrate. If that trips, not under warranty. The hardest part was backing up the contacts and data into the iCloud. Verizon has their own contact back up app. Wasn't too bad, I'm just not tech savvy. I like the bigger screen. We don't have a whole lot of 4g lte around, so that's not much help. Seems to be faster overall.
