Default Electric fence charger old one

This is cool how it works.
Upon power the contacts are closed.
This energizes the transformer and the output of the charger
Magnetic field pulls down contact arm.
When arm pulls down it push’s wheel around.
When wheel turns it breaks contacts causing arm to go up and only a pulse output
Wheel has a hair spring like a meter movement that cause it to return to start position.
Repeat

trying to post slow motion video

Do you have a YouTube account that you can upload the video to?

If not, there are other video hosting websites you can use, let me know if you need help.

I've seen one that if I remember right used a solenoid to push a bearing up a glass tube and it would roll back down hitting a switch to repeat.
