Yes, it will crimp #4.

For comparison, Milwaukee will sell you a brand new, in the box M18 crimper for a little more than $2000 USD. The Ridgid also cuts cable and KO’s but it’s big and heavy. I can’t see anybody using it for cuts and KO’s very often.

This guy will sell it but make little profit, if any. A clean bill of health from Ridgid would help.
