Default Equipotential bonding above ground pools

Don't have much experience with pools so this might be a dumb question. How do you go about bonding everything? It has a rubber liner around the walls excepts where they bolted the final pieces. I figure I could put a chair lug to bond that to the pump, but what about the railing around the top of the pool and water? The ladders plastic so I don't have to worry about that
