Default Paying Employees

We are beginning to take last minute calls and schedule technicians to be on call for the weekend. How do you all pay your employees differently for the following:

1. Being on call

2. Working a weekend job

I pay a couple hours a week for being on call and weekend jobs are always 1.5x for Sat and 2x for Sunday

5 hours of straight time and 2 hours of OT per week for man on call for being on call.

Time and a half for calls until Sunday when it's double time.

Saturday and Sunday calls are 4 hour minimum.

They are in Texas.

You are lucky to have a job.
Take Friday off in case any weekend calls come in so you can get your 40.
