Default Hello All

Hello to everyone. As the username suggests, I am Dan and a JW from Local 134. I was on Google looking for a forum or tramp guide to find some work. I have been out for just about a year now and it doesn't look good for another year around here. I think there might be some book 2 stuff popping in the area (northern Illinois) but not until spring at the earliest as far as I can tell. I have been employed (in the local) pretty much all the 20 years I have been in the union so I haven't had to travel before. It should be interesting.

This site is mostly small non-union contractors with some non-union management, a few union contractors and union electricians are sprinkled in here and there.
Maybe the IBEW site would be a better place to look.

Howdy, Local 932 here (Oregon Coast).

Ain't s**t going on here, though I've been surviving pretty close to full-time doing service calls. I can thank the weather here for that

Good luck to you, if I see you walking the highway with your thumb out, I'll give you a lift to the hall
