Question Nest relay

Hi All, Want to make sure that I dont burn the house down. Need some help.

I have 2x 240 from the breaker. I have a relay 20A that works combining the 2 poles. But want to make sure its good.

Tie the circuit to the microwave circuit so the hot dogs don't burn.

this is for the Nest thermostat. nothing to do with a microwave MTW
