Question New guy who has a ton of questions.

Hey everyone!

Let me start off by saying I am NOT a certified electrician. However I am very interested in becoming one. I'm currently working as a plant mechanic in MA (I live in RI) and I have four years active duty and 2 years current reserve in the US Air force.

With that said I was trying to get some advice on schools, training ect. for a certification. I work on aerospace ground equiptment in the AF and deal with a lot of electronics with my civilain job so I do have a spot on idea of what I'd be getting into.

So can anyone give me some advice on schooling, apprenticeships, ect?

Thanks in advance!
