Default Trying to join Local 357 or Local 11. Any suggestions.

Hey there everyone. My name is Richard and I am trying to get in either Local 357 or Local 11. I worked my 2000 hours in Vegas and have been on the expeditor waiting list since November of 2008. I've been hoping to get in but to no avail. I'm up for a second interview, but since the hiring freeze I've been in limbo. I decided to move to California and have applied here. I passed the aptitude test and am now waiting for my interview. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
