Does anyone can refer me to the section in the NEC how to calculate mobile classrooms?

At the end of 220.86 it written: this section shall not apply for portable classrooms buildings

The general lighting is the easy part. My issue is that I have 45 Heat pumps of 3.1kw each

Here’s the summery of the load
Total class rooms 9920sq ft

Total Watt at 208v 124,000
Total Watt at 115v 13,200

The NEC handbook says that the A/C load is calculated from Article 440.
