    Building system is 3 phase 120/208v. A new 480V air handler motor was supplied for updated HVAC system. Engineer decided to use a 10KV step up transformer to feed it. No neutral is needed. Is bonding XO required? If so can I bond to EGC or will it need to be tied into GEC?
