10-3 NM-B to outdoor receptacle

Just had a quick question, that hopefully the code experts can assist with. I'm running 10/3 romex nm-b to an outdoor box. The house has vinyl siding. I intended to use this:

Mount the box to that, and bring the cable through the hole in it, through a cable clamp, and into the box. Would this meet code? It wouldn't be exposed to the elements or weather since the bracket would be covering it. Appreciate
