Anyone make a little tic tracer. I bought the fluke dual voltage thinking it was low volt dc. It wasn't anyway any help would be great

No, I don't think anybody does. Not sure how they would work if there was no current flowing.

Hahaha. I was just talking with a manufacturer yesterday about the "magic" in their static phase converter.
