Thanks guys, I will check these out. I had a motor/drive supplier look into it but they couldn't find anything.

I'm sure thatSalzer link given above could build you a switch that meets your exact needs and mounting configuration as they make thousands of designs including custom units. The problem is especially with their new catalog is you don't have near enough information of what design you need to select the proper build the first time around. You need a detailed wiring diagram of the motor your trying to control the type (design of it) , to compare the switching tables, the proper contacts and operatining cams to get the desired functions. They do make them in single hole mount. but you would also need the measurements of the switch enclosure to ensure that it and the wiring will fit The data that is missing on the motor tag is also a problem for ensuring getting the correct match, I would look closer at the tag and try to retrieve that data to be sure. I have always used a diagram of the motor connections and type and a drawing made of the old switch contacts truth table to be as sure as possible of selecting the correct build the first time around. If you called their US branch they should be able to connect you with some engineering assistance to select the proper switch type, but you need all of the data to get support. if you look through their catalog, you will see what I mean, you could spend a day in there just familiarizing your self with the format and options presented.

A second possibility to obtain a switch or missing data is a US reseller of Co=Matic feeders. they have exploded parts diagrams and parts list fo older modeles and offer parts for sale. i looked at one drawing for an older model and it shows a switch kit for both single and three phase models with or without a motor as well. If they can't provide the actual switch they may be able to point you to a vendor and model that they used to use in the past, it would certainly be easier tying to get data or parts through them than trying to reinvent the wheel on your own. If you were successful, then you could match up the known good switch with a Salzer model for the next time you need one.
