I just ordered the quick reference tabs for my 2014 code book and the sent 2011 tabs. The local supply house said there were no changes from 2011. Anybody run into this yet?

There were tons of changes, and several new articles with the 2014 code. Supply house doesn't know what they are talking about, and you were sent the wrong tabs.
