Been a long time since I worked with 3-phase systems...Looking for the formula to calculate a load for a heating unit. The unit is 5700 watts and will be run off of 208 3-phase. Went to my ugly's and found watts/ (volts x Pf x 1.73). Not sure if the power factor applies and if so how I go about getting this for the calc. On my way home to dust of my electrical theory book. Man I feel like a :jester:.

You have the correct formula. Resistance heat should have a 1 PF.

5700/(208*1.732) should be a little less than 16 amps per leg.
