Anytime you closed a switch or CB and there are loads on that line there is the possibility of

Transients
Low Voltage from inrush
Tripping circuit breakers or blown fuses from multiple equipment inrush that exceeds the instantaneous points of the circuit breaker or fuse resulting in a tripped or blown fuse.
Faulty equipment and possible faults.

Proper testing and proper procedures can avoid most issues.

I have a question, why is possible
Some equipments get damaged when we reconnect the main income?
I get the impression that English is not your first language. Because of this I'll reserve criticism on your grammar.

Second, I see Harrow is in the UK. That may have relevance.

PLEASE do elaborate since this question is mostly gibberish to us. Also, what is the 3-phase reference about in the title?

Until he clarifies, PLEASE guys hold back on the snide comments and jokes.

Do your admin tools show his IP address? That could narrow things down.

A very common misinterpretation is that RE-energizing is what causes the damage. Often, the damage occurred as a RESULT of whatever killed the power, but if you do not thoroughly investigate what the CAUSE of the power loss was, re-energizing INTO that fault again makes it APPEAR to "cause" the problem.
