But that doesn’t look like an oil tight KO.
I have an older set and it doesn’t look like that one. Does work like a champ.

His is just a plain slug buster
What kind is yours? I have two and they are both slug buster.

An older version of this. Just for the 30mm oil tight. Love my Square D switches, notch and all. They will out last me

What is the notch nibbler? I use a jigsaw to make the notch and it is hard to keep it accurate.

This is the one i have from klein. Its no longer in production. I just put it where the notch needs to be. Sqweeze the handles and it nibbles a little square notch out of the metal. Continue like sissors to make the notch longer or wider. Works like a punch, you must have an edge or hole to nibble on. Edit: They also work great for removong the little piece of metal sometimes left from a factory KO when you wiggle them.

Greenlee - Punch-Keyway Nibbler (720), Hole Making (720) https://a.co/d/hEHORwg

Struggling with the idea of a $400-600 tool when I can buy a corded or cordless nibbler for less than that that can do cutouts and more up to 14 gauge, or pay the same for the monster Milwaukee corded nibbler that does 10 gauge. Am I missing something?

I've had mine for a long time. Pretty sure I only paid around $150.00. It will nibble any thickness you would normally cut a button into. It is very fast. Realistically, I wouldn't buy one at any price if I only had a few notches to cut. The edge of a file works well enough for that.

I know nothing about the powered nibblers. Can you start to nibble from a 7/8" or 1-7/32" hole?

I just use the 30.5 slugbuster and the greenlee notch nibbler.
Ok, i use a vintage Greenlee OT KO. It’s a 60249.
Haven't used it for awhile, but today I broke it out.
Maybe I’ll have to get a battery powered tool, that w ratchet is getting old like me.
