Hire an electrician before you get hurt or damage it further

Checking or resetting an overload is extremely simple. If you were an electrician, you would know this. Hire someone before you wreck the equipment or hurt someone

I'd say you're in way over your head here (what is an 'e/i technician'?). Find someone qualified to fix it before you damage something or hurt yourself.
