I have single phase pole lights that need ballasts. I have 3 leads coming from the supply (2 hot and a ground). The new ballast calls for the power to be hooked to 1 480v lead and a common to the other lead of the ballast. I do not have a common from the supply? Do I leave the common from the ballast unhooked?
