The first rule of thumb when pulling wire and running pipe is to do it with your feet on the floor unless obstacles, safety or (sometimes) esthetics say otherwise.
Above the floor, or under?
Was just wondering, when you guys wire a house, do y'all prefer running wire through the walls and rafters, or running underneath the floor?
