I have to build a control box that shuts down (7) AH's... connected to the NC contacts of a Fire Alarm..

My plan is to use (4) Altronix RB5- 24 relays controlling (7) of these..

Anyone know a easier way....

I guess I'm not following what you're trying to do then. It seems to me that Altronix relay would do the job without using another relay.
The AH are line voltage.. RIB's are made for that..

I like the idea of having LED's showing the AH is disconnected during a FA test..

Stop killing the line voltage, do it right and kill the control circuit.
We have been though this already.. some AH keep running when you kill the control voltage...

Bullchit.

You just can't figure out how they are wired.
Even a loud mouth asshole like you can be wrong..:no:

I went directly to the CT and the unit still kept running..

Some units keep running to dissipate the heat after the stat has reached temperature..

It is a small unit, yet you cannot figure out what controls the fan.

I think that says a lot ....
That was the first thing I tried you moron.. it did nothing.. stop being a jerk..:no:

a lot of commercial units made this century have a built in set of terminals for that specific purpose. you checked the literature, didn't you ? (not trying to be a smart a$$) (you could also just buy a 7 pole contactor)
