spend less time on the internetI dont feel like im making great use of my time...
Thanks... im gonna look into that... I took a quickbooks class and accounting refresher when I first started out. I personally think I need a secratary to handle some stuff...but I need to see whats a good next step, how to market effectively, and some other stuff. Basically I need some tutoring. Our local community college has a department called the Small Business Development Center that offers classes, workshops, seminars, etc for current and future small business owners.
I recently took an evening course from them called "Shoebox Bookkeeping" which is a basically a short class on rudimentary, very basic pen & paper bookkeeping. The instructor is a local CPA and it was a great class.
They also offer a more in-depth series of classes on Quickbooks, and then a lot of more specialized stuff on a case-by-case basis. I plan on taking more classes in the future. They've also got stuff on website development, social media, etc.
I'd bet you have similar resources up there.
Don't do that, you might get the two BobsI know of one contractor that hired an efficiency expert but it cost him lime 20gs... I dont have that much to blow...
