It's 120, these are off of a big round freezer. With multiple shelves. Three layers of shelves all around it and each 4 ft shelf has a light on it.What's the voltage? You might be stuck with replacing with an alternate. Is the fixture in the door of the freezer and that's how it plugs in?
I will look tomorrow morning at the shop. I have some, just not sure they are the same. This is off of shelf lights for a display freezer. It's a older unit cannot find the model number. I just need a few of these plugs View attachment 161712

I would probably just replace them with IEC inlets / plugs as they are standardized and available all over the place
