Hello, I was told by an operator of the eti that the application will be available some time in the next few days. I'm unable to find the application and I'm starting to wonder if I'm not looking right. If anyone out there knows how/where (exact website, date) to apply, I'll greatly appreciate it. I'm starting to get paranoid that I'm already late for the applications. Please & thanks.
