Can anyone give their opinion on what current wages are for a non-union electrical apprentice in Ontario who is just coming up on finishing his second term of hours as well as having completed Level 1 in schooling. My experience to date consists mostly of residential but I do have some significant commercial experience as well.

Any information you can share with me would be much appreciated.

Welcome to the forum:thumbup:

Keep in mind, working as an electricians apprentice, you're learning the trade and getting paid, when you become a journeymen electrician you will get the full pay but you've got to pay the dues first.

Work as hard as you can and before you know it you will be a journeymen electrician....

Get a copy of the union agreement. Negotiate from there with your employer.

For sure you are as good as a union apprentice.

I was/is/am a non union shop. We always paid union rates back then. We saved a bit on some of the stuff employers contribute to the union cause.
