I currently live in Massachusetts and my wife and I are seriously considering moving to Arizona specifically the Phoenix area. A good friend of hers lives in Chandler. I've done some homework on licensing and it seems as though you don't need a license if you work for a licensed contractor. It seems as though they just pay based on experience. I was just wondering if some one would not mind taking a minute to confirm my info or correct it. Also if true what could one with 10 years experience in commercial and Industrial work expect to make? Thank you for your time!

Your info is correct.

I think a 10 year guy would make ...$20-$25

Everyone took a hit here in 07 and it's been weak but slowly recovering in the last couple years. I'm pretty sure no one at my place has gotten a raise since 07
