According to this there are no amendments to the NEC but check out the energy codes etc.

Atlanta GA Electrical code
Does anyone know if Atlanta has any special changes to the NEC? Mainly I'm looking for anything that rules out romex. I'm bidding a hotel soon. I have another hotel in the atlanta metro area but its in sandy springs officially and this one is in Atlanta officially.
