bathroom heater- 110v or 220v?

When my downstairs bathroom was roughed in we ran a 14/2 from the panel to where I might want to put a wall heater some day. Well the day has come. Because we ran 14/2 are we limited to putting in a 110v heater?

You can put it on a 220V 15A. Or even a 220V 20A if it's a dedicated circuit. You will not need a neutral for a 220v heater.
