So I bought an ACT-gold load tester, works good, but I notice a high percentage of failures on 1-2 yr batteries, power sonic-
I heard some one say that these testers don't work on power sonics, how could this be?
Is it true? any one else heard this?

That's the same one I use for fire alarm batteries, and I've never had any special issues with it Powersonic's are SLA batteries, so you shouldn't have to enter in a different K factor for them.

Yes, Fire alarm- I like it because it works from 1.3AH to 200AH.
MD- That was my thought as well.

I read each one twice, If it is cold I don't condemn them. It's hard to write up a battery that you just replaced 20 months ago.:001_huh:
