CT's? I would do a ct cab. with an MDP and one sub panel. That crap on the wall you have right now is just silly. Maybe some additional subs if distance would dictate them.

Gonna need space for some outdoor equipment. How much would a 600 amp mdp cost. The 200 amp disco are 110 a piece. We use what is available around here.

Stainless ct cab and meter socket. Everything else inside. Penetrate back out with PVC for outdoor power needs.

Ct cab and meter base are aluminum supplied by the poco. Could not go back to back with interior discos. Interior subpanels are located in two laundry rooms.

Then I would say you bought the wrong discos for the job. Gonna rust out fast.

Theyll last 15 to twenty years. On a house this size that generates that amount of income, replacing them in 15 years is a drop in the bucket. Stainless discos are about $2500. You could replace them a couple times for that.

And the labor involved to costs money. I have never heard an anticipated in-service life for electrical equipment being only 15-20 years. 40 years at least is the goal.

This motor is about 5 years old

In a few years your disconnects will be like this:

If you give your new service a paint job like this generator then you might extend the life a bit.

All these things are installed near the ocean.
