-Install 200 AMP SQD disconnect on outside
-Install 200 amp QO 30/40 panel
-Run 10/2 100 feet for Air Compressor Circuit
-10 Outlets mounted on beams ( run Emt to ceiling than with 12-2 romex
-Install 8 T5 6 lamp fixtures (customer supplying)
-Install (3) 100 Watt MH wallpacks
-NO water, so installing 2 ground rods
-Run 6-2 115' for welder circuit
-The building is attached to the old shop so im running 100 amp SER to to power the old building (Roughly 85')

Supply all materials except lights.

Anyway write down all your material including screws, etc. Put a price and a labor unit to each item. A switch plate might take .01 hr. to install type of thing.

Add a bunch of stuff to account for office, truck, utilities expense, etc.

You are good to go.
