Just recently bidded a job for a retail store 1645sq ft @ $16000 it's getting 17 new rec ,replacing track heads 40 to be exact in the sales area. Replace track heads and lights in the store window 1 track 4 heads per window,installing dedicated circuit for rec at the cash wrap and data jack, a junction box for new sign blade of cash desk, and relocating exit signs. In the spec it states all wiring fixtures conduit is to be removed and disposed but on the prints it's showing in saying switches are to remain I asked the owner and the general is the store getting rewired and they say basically to me if need be but not for sure so I gave another separate quote of $35000 is that to low or is that a good number?
