Inc. is best but the accounting is a nightmare for a small company. Paper work up the wazoo! But if you got tons of work go for it. Whereas sole prop.

The hard part is getting credit without collateral , they want your boys in there back pocket if you can't pay. Takes some time to build a history with your suppliers before you get a whole lot of credit. Just my experience , may by different for the other guys here.
