Hey I have been desperately searching for standard electrical drafting blocks for autocad. You guys would not happen to have a decent library you would share would you?

Hey I have been desperately searching for standard electrical drafting blocks for autocad. You guys would not happen to have a decent library you would share would you?

AutoCad users group has a website that should have a bunch. Auto desk themselves has/had add on symbol sets you can download from them. Most manufacturers are posting 3d blocks of their devices as part of the growing building information management movement in design/construct, maintenance/operation.

You should be able to build your own faster than trying to find them on the web. Do you only need 2D Non annotative? I just tried to find the link to NECA's symbols, but could not find them at the moment. They have a good article on cad standards, maybe I can find it later.
