Can anyone tell me what this tool is, and what its used for? Ive tried to figure this out on my own, but I am at the point I am just going to give up and ask for help in a community of people who might know.

It's a nipple measurement device. They use it to tell what size nipple studs to use when doing piercings.

I hate you guys... lol This was in a bucket of random tools that was in a storage unit I bought and I'm just trying to learn things Once I figure out what it is, I'll determine if its going to end up on the 'just in case' shelves in my garage, or on my flea market table for 5$. Or in the garbage...
Regardless i'd like to know what it does lol. It kinda looks like a bigger version of my volt meter, but it has clamps on the end?
