Went to a service call and saw a motor clamped like this to the floor. It fell off the equipment and the bolted it back on and put this underneath. I found the overload tripped.
A day and a half after they clamped it, it tripped. I'm thinking the frame is stationary, but the guts inside are shaking independently from the casing. Maybe this could be the cause? I've never seen this done to a motor lol
