Can anyone tell me how hard the test is and do you have any tips??

I hold a jw and masters license here in Ma. It is not reciprocal and I will have to take the test. I passed my 2 test here on the first try without any trouble.

I have the opportunity to move out to Co and have a job waiting for me as long as I get my license.

Thanks for any info.

I'm sure it won't be any harder than our test.

I just like to be well prepared.

Their masters supersedes the JW (not like Ma) so if I have to test I'm going to shoot for masters.
I'd like to take the Colorado master electricians test also. Any advice?

I spoke to a gentleman at their office yesterday.

They just changed a few things about the renewal period and continued education.

If you are going to take it wait until after June and the license won't expire until 2017. If you get it before then it will expire sept 2014 and you will need to complete some extra classes for continued education.

By the way. What state are you in??

Co actually reciprocates with a good number of states.

Do you need to be a citizen of Colorado to take the masters exam?

No you do not.
State website where I can look up exam info for Colorado?

It is my understanding that Colorado reciprocates with some states only with the journeymans license. Correct me if I'm wrong?
I have my masters in both CO and NM. CO wasn't too hard compared to NM. In NM it was a 6 hour test.

CO only reciprocated the JW with other states.
