Company stickers on panels
You guys put your company advertising stickers on panels? I see some from the old-timers, and some of them are pretty neat. There's one company that drilled the panel cover and brass riveted on a brass tag with their company name and information. This one, from today, is a pretty classy vintage advertising sticker:

What I do not like is the companies that go sticker wild...stickers everywhere.

more of a reminder.....
I have installed fences and have brass plate made with my name on them, and I have all plates put on fences I install. If I was doing this type of job I would just place my sticker next to theirs, mine is dated so anyone would know that I was the most recent one there. Question is do these really work towards the homeowner? I mean if the homeowner didn't call the number then either they are out of business, had prior issue with that contractor, or didn't really care to notice. Alot of clients I talk to don't even know they are there. In reality it would be the companies fault for not keeping the customer informed that they are still there for them such christmas card, or happy memorial or new year kind of thing. I know of other trade people I talk to dont' even send out service reminders! I have ALL mine in schedule and ready to print/mail out once that time rolls around, its actually critical to keeping my customer. My opinion is these stickers are really just to impress the professionals such as you and I that come along, its a trophy(reminder) to say I was here, and it helps to know when it was last serviced(hince date). I have found it useful when trouble shooting once called the company and talked to the guy who installed a new breaker in the panel. Done the same for Hvac. But think about the sticker that those people put in your car window when you get your oil changed, its nice to know the reminder to get your oil changed, cause you dont' remember the exact miles, but your not guaranteed or conveniently to have that company around when you need the service done.
Out of respect I keep the sticker there if Im keeping the same unit/fixture. But if im replacing obviously theres a new king of the hill,(of course until a new service company is called)

It is actually indoors..a garage.
It wasn't the worst I've ever seen...but I cleaned it up a bit.....except for the MC out the side of the panel, I was happy. Only a couple of wire nuts in the panel
