What are my prints referring to when mentioning construction points in the pool location point plan?

I have a print listing everything that comes into the pool all the anchor points all the handrails all of the ladders, Construction points are listed I don't understand what a construction point is. This is also a commercial pool, I've only done residential pools. There are also drains and inlets listed that have nothing to do with me, wondering if these do or dont.

I would only say if it's metallic, bond it 40Oz.....~CS~

I dig it, in this setting they pour a huge outer shell then build the pool inside stucco style as I understand so at the moment I dontknow even what they are muchless if they are metal. I think its to keep it from floating.

Yes, those are the points where they tie the two structures together so it won't float.
Make sure you bond the hell out of the dang thing.
