It wouldn't be an easy sell here, Publix has a monopoly on the grocery business and they display their chicken in open cases.

It's a green machine thing here Jrannis, state thinks it can control the market w/rebates , about 1/2 of it is subsidized

I've seen some newer soda cases with LED strips, and every 7-11 has been retrofitted with LEDs everywhere and I just don't like the color or harshness or glare from any of it.
