That is a 4 11/16" box. They make mud rings for them. You might have to go online to a company like Garvin (USA).

You could go with a 4 11/16 mud ring and a jumbo wall plate and that might cover the opening.

Garvin makes a 4-11/16 to 4 in. Square Conversion Plate Cover but I really can't see where they would ever be useful.
Attaches to 4-11/16 in Boxes and Converts the box to accept 4 in Square Device Rings and Covers. They only cost $10 each. Ouch!
