Hey. Does anyone make a curved LB in sizes 1.5" and greater?? If not, I think they should. I'm getting tired of cramming wires through the LB's then banging them in to make them work with cover on. If someone invented ones with curved covers then we wouldn't have to shove, kick, bang, hammer, the wires in.
They do make curved LBs but there 45 deg LBs.I usually get the right size LB and curl the wires nice and straight in the LB. I also do one at time if there difficult to pull all together.
Few choices... Try using form 8 conduit bodies. They're the most generous inside without using mogul LB's. Try a form 5 conduit body sometime. They have built-in rollers to make the pulling and stuffing job easier.

No, I would just think someone would make those in larger sizes than 1.5" with either extensions or curved covers so you wouldn't have to bang them in. The extension or curve would not get in way of anything in any situation I could see. I think this would help with damaged wires entering the LB hole (knicking, skinning, bend radius etc..)

Yes. I know those fittings are available. I order mogul l.b. whenever necessary. I am talking about having a standard crouse hinds l.b. for instance, and getting a replacement cover that is domed or bubbled.
Thought it would be a great invention. That way sparky's don't have to pound conductors smashing them into the small space possibly impeding the electron flow
