actually they pay pretty good that is why I was surprised to see the air filter with a paper towel wrapped around it.
I would proceed with caution... If you have the service contract and the first time that generac (I'm assuming) doesn't start you will be on the hook so to speak.

Our contract calls for routine maintenance only we don't guarantee any of the components and any failure will be repaired at our regular shop rate we spell things out in our contract so w don't need to worry about being on the hook so to speak.

Only reason I said that was because we have an 8kW generac installed at one of our water towers which is located in close proximity to an international airport and it runs (on exercise) when it feels like it.

The same generator backs up the wireless comm's for our FD.

Our maint. contractor has worked on it several times and it's still quirky.
