I have a customer with a domestic pump package that called due to low pressure.
I found a fan failure alarm on one of the drives FC-102

T/C FC-102P5K5T2P21H2XGX

Is this an easy item to procure and install or is this something for a factory rep?

Thank you Harry, hard to believe they can sell for that cheap but, it is used so, unless someone is a VFD guru, It might be a challenge.

I was just wondering if the fan in those was a field replaceable item.
They have a 24/7 support line that doesn't work.
I guess I'll have to call during regular hours.

What is a punch item?

Maybe the only option is to remove the unit and send it back to them for refurbish.
I opened it up and the fan looks to be burried deep inside.

usually fan are replaceable with some dismantling of vfd, but you need to get old one to find model of fan and order another one from electronic store

It's an hour drive away but I'll be in that neck of the woods this week and will drop by and filet that unit and see if I can get back into the fan section.
