I buy my devices in bulk and I find that when my supply runs low, whats left over is scratched and scuffed up from sliding around in the boxes I keep them in. How do you guys store devices that you might buy in bulk?

leave them in boxes. i keep a box of receptacles, single poles &3 ways white only and thats it. i have stock at home that i grab in the morning if i know ill need them or i buy what i need for a job and keep them there or at home. i think a big clutter of devices on the truck is a waste of space and leads to a lot of unusable damaged stuff. chances are when you need a brown 4 way or something else odd youre not going to have it anyway so id just rather avoid the clutter

When you say in bulk , they are still in boxes right.
I don't keep much on the truck either for that reason.
Just a few basics .
You can't carry everything , there is always something your short it seems , so keep to the basics, I used to keep several different dimmers as well and ended up throwing some out because of damage
