I need to layout a plan for rigid 4", can someone
measure the outside Dia. - cutting teeth to cutting teeth? It's a tight panel size dealing with
300.14 , &. 314.28.

Hard to say. Bonding bushings have a set screw and a ground lug that sometimes you can't really help where they land when you spin them on. I'd avoid the bonding bushings unless you needed them per code. If it's a feeder that could be a pretty large ground wire depending on the amount of runs and ocpd

Wow, thanks 5.32" seems small :) I went and them only had up to 2.5" at
Box Store. That measurement was .3/8" of the side of a meaty looking lock
nut.

So I'll prepare a 3D sketch!
